Today is a big day in Bora Bora, our friends Ken/Kim had arranged for a 4 hour boat tour. This tour included snorkeling with the sharks outside the reef, snorkeling with the sharks/sting rays inside the reef, going to the coral garden to see lots/lots of fish and a ugly moray eel and a very large manta ray.

More beautiful water!!
Someone decided to join us on our tour of the island
A plethora of sting rays. We had snorkeled with sting rays previously so I was not freaked out by them.
But then there were black tip sharks everywhere.
Luckily I could stand up in the water (that's me and my legs above)
Ken got a shot to show how close they were to me!

This shark looks kind of mean!!
Farewell to sharks and rays!
The water at the coral garden was cloudy but this is the large manta ray that was circling the coral.
This is our guide coaxing out the moray eel from hiding.
The guide took Ken's camera down for a close-up of our "unfriendly" eel.
There were lots of people in the water so it was cloudy so the fish are not so colorful here unless they got near you for a closer look.
We finished off the 4 hour tour with some champagne. What an experience!
Back to the ship to shower and change, grab some lunch and head back to the island of Bora Bora as we had a 30 minute helicopter tour of Bora Bora and the neighboring "heart shaped" island of Tupai.
All strapped in and miked up - Let's do this!
On our way to the heart shaped island of Tupai
The change of color of the water is just so drastic and beautiful!
