Camping Weekend - Friday

Mom and Dad brought their camper to Ledges State Park, Boone, Ia for us to camp.
They set up the camper on Thursday so it was all set for us on Friday.
It was a nice BONUS to get to visit with them a while on Friday and Sunday.
They are the best!!

Friday 09/05/14 - Everyone would be arriving throught the day and early evening. Friday night, Denise was in charge of the meal. Taco Salad.

We enjoyed the evening around the campfire. Trying some new snacks...if we could get Diane to pass them and not keep them. LOL!

Friday night was very cold. Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Dad did not bring the heater so around 3:00am, Jen and I were searching for extra blankets as we woke up freezing!!!  This is a picture of me snuggled under the covers trying to keep warm.

 

I wonder what Saturday will bring??
