Sunday morning, Doug's sister Dawn flew in for a short visit to Texas.
She was able to spend a little time with her new great-nephew Andrew.

He wasn't feeling too good so she didn't get to see him at his best,
but she did get a little "snuggle" time along with feeding and bathing.

Monday morning we left the house at 5am and drove to Meridell Achievement Center in Liberty Hill, TX (just north of Austin - about 4 hours from our house). We had a tour of the facility followed by a lunch at Olive Garden. We then drove the 4 hours back home, picked up Andrew from daycare and Dawn flew out later that evening.
It was a whirlwind few days, but we hope she will be able to come back and stay longer when Andrew feels better!
