Cinderella

Saturday, June 20th

Jill, Audrey and I were headed out for "Girls Night - Dinner & Show"

Our first stop was a lovely dinner at Kenny's Woodfire Grill - Addison.

I did not think we would need reservations at 4:30 in the afternoon, but the place was packed and we were lucky enough to get a table for three.

I enjoyed a wonderful glass of Norton Malbec along with an awesome 8 oz. Filet Mignon, 8 oz. with  roquefort bacon walnut butter, port demi sauce with a side of Bubbies Potato Cakes (cheddar, smoked bacon, lemon dill sour cream).

Jill had the Bacon Cheddar Burger (with white cheddar, smoked bacon, mayo, lettuce, tomato) and a side of wood grilled asparagus.

Audrey had "The Oscar" swordfish, jumbo lump crab cake, béarnaise sauce topped with asparagus and a side of Adult Mac & Cheese (smoked gouda, cure 81 ham, white truffle oil) along with a glass of Excelsior Chardonnay.

Don't feel bad the guys were not included. They had their own special fun.
Doug grilled steaks for the guys and Jackie.
They stayed behind to take care of Andrew and Aurora.

After dinner we were off to the show!!!
Jill, Audrey and I attended Cinderella at Music Hall at Fair Park.
(Sorry for the grainy photo - it was in a dark theater taken with a cell phone)
