Yummy Food!

The weather is now nice, so we are grilling about 4-5 days per week.
Here are a few of our latest creations!

Chicken Salad

Chicken Alfredo with side salad 

Salmon, Rice Pilaf and Broccoli

Pasta Salad with avocado/mango with a side of cucumbers & onions.

Chicken Low Mein with brown rice instead of noodles.
 
Chicken Caeser on Romaine leaves with a fruit cup.

Spicy ravioli in a vodka sauce, side salad and garlic bread.

 Salmon with a mustard glaze, fresh garden peas and side salad.

Same as above but  also showing my leftover Duckhorn wine. We also created our own home-made vinagrette dressing using red wine vinegar/Round Pond blood orange olive oil.
We are "trying" to stay on our healthy eating kick.
